Job Description

• Analyzing existing workstreams to identify opportunities to develop and implement automated, or more efficient solutions, for process optimization. • Collaborating with the founders and across various departments such as marketing, sales and software development to facilitate smooth operational flow. • Carrying out administrative tasks and processes, and preparing operational documents such as reports, spreadsheets, and briefing notes. • Drive special projects that increase our operational capabilities.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, operations or project management role.
Ability to work under pressure and evaluate priorities.
High EQ — gains trust and enjoys working with people.
Attention to detail and well organized.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in automation tools and software.
Ownership mentality demonstrated by taking projects from inception to completion
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
