• Drive the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone solutions for clients • Lead end-to-end implementations, ensuring integration and adoption success • Design and develop custom UI cards and dashboards using SAP Build Apps and other BTP services • Extend and enhance Work Zone using SAP BTP services such as Integration Suite, Workflow Management, and Build Apps • Create and manage OData and REST API integrations to support Work Zone functionality • Partner with clients to understand business requirements and create user-centric Work Zone interfaces • Facilitate design workshops and training sessions for stakeholders and technical teams • Provide technical troubleshooting and support throughout project lifecycles • Solve complex technical challenges, recommend enhancements, and promote successful adoption of Work Zone across client organizations • Stay current on SAP Work Zone and BTP innovations and proactively advise clients on new features and enhancements
