Job Description
• Achieve and exceed sales targets across a diverse customer base
• Drive new and existing account growth via product launches
• Educate customers on product clinical value and indications
• Engage in a consultative selling process
• Manage territory efficiently (Southern California and Arizona)
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 7+ years in healthcare sales
- 5+ years in a start-up environment (preferred)
- 3+ years selling Laboratory Developed Tests (LDTs)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
- Experience launching new LDTs
- Demonstrated success in complex and strategic sales processes
- Strong relationships with key academic centers
- Proficient in Excel, Salesforce.com, and Tableau
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Must live in Southern California.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
