• Implements strategies set by leadership to drive new product introductions, promotional programs, and training in the territory. • Selling 3M products including Abrasives, Tapes, Masking Systems and Safety. • Supports the retailer/distributor along with the end-user (home improvement trades) to provide solutions to improve job-site efficiencies and training with our portfolios. • Presenting relevant information and products to customers in face-to-face presentations as well as phone calls or e-mails • Demonstrating to customers how to use 3M products and how they will add value to their company. • Willingness to be on-call to support your customers need in your geography.
