• Define, design, and deliver next-generation capabilities for the Vault QMS Quality Events module • Launch new capabilities and enhance existing functionality • Work with internal and external stakeholders to define strategic roadmap for the module • Collaborate closely with customers, sales, consulting, and engineering teams • Design, prototype, configure, and iterate on designs to ensure solutions meet business outcomes • Author and design high-quality product specifications and UI flows for engineering • Engage and test alongside QA to ensure capabilities function as designed • Generate content to educate on business value, configuration best practices, and how-to’s • Monitor innovation and market trends and incorporate learnings into product roadmap
