• Own the product lifecycle for a core digital health program (e.g., behavioral content or GLP-1 obesity management) • Collaborate with engineering teams (front-end, back-end, QA) to deliver high-quality web and mobile experiences • Lead agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and release readiness • Partner with UX, content, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of behavioral, clinical, and creative elements into the digital experience • Define and track KPIs, ensuring product performance meets business and clinical goals • Present product updates and progress to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap, with support from senior product leaders • Support integration of prescribing workflows, self-pay capabilities, and employer-sponsored models into the platform • Stay current on competitor offerings and evolving digital health market trends
