Job Description

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches across LATAM markets • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify positioning opportunities • Define target customer segments and create buyer personas specific to LATAM regions • Partner with sales leadership on pricing strategies and launch coordination • Design and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, and content marketing • Create localized content strategies for diverse LATAM audiences • Optimize campaigns across mobile and desktop users and manage marketing automation platforms • Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on ROI • Develop sales materials including pitch decks, product sheets, and case studies • Create and deliver product training programs for regional sales teams • Establish sales playbooks with market-specific insights and competitive intelligence • Provide ongoing sales support and analyze performance data for optimization

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 4+ years of product marketing experience, with 2+ years in Latin American markets
  • Fluent in Spanish (native or near-native proficiency required)
  • Strong analytical skills with marketing analytics experience (Google Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce)
  • Experience with digital marketing channels and marketing automation
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across time zones
  • Experience in cybersecurity, B2B SaaS, or technology preferred
  • Previous experience managing marketing budgets and vendor relationships preferred
  • MBA or advanced marketing degree preferred
  • Familiarity with LATAM business culture and regulatory environments preferred
  • Strategic thinking with tactical execution abilities preferred
  • Cultural intelligence and understanding of LATAM markets preferred
  • Data-driven decision making and analytical skills preferred
  • Cross-functional collaboration and project management skills preferred
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments
  • Able to travel 20-30% of the time
