• Guide life science customers in the configuration and implementation of Veeva’s Regulatory suite (Veeva Registrations, Veeva Submissions, Veeva Submissions Archive, Veeva Publishing) to streamline global regulatory processes • Lead configuration requirements workshops, design, and document, as well as prototype and deploy solutions • Program and project management, including resource planning, leading and motivating a cross-functional team • Communicate between the project team, customer, and internal stakeholders • Understand customers’ global regulatory needs, translate requirements into solution design, and configure cloud-based RIM solution across the enterprise • Travel as required and support customers globally
