Job Description

• Transform live experiences and evolve SeatGeek’s ticketing platform into a best-in-class product • Shape strategy and set direction by creating clear, impactful strategies • Provide end-to-end craft leadership from concept to polished delivery • Partner across product, engineering, marketing, and success teams • Deeply understand needs, motivations, and behaviors of fans, sellers, teams, and artists • Balance speed and quality, driving impact through optimizations and 0–1 product development • Demonstrate outstanding design skills and a passion for experimentation, data, and systems thinking • Collaboratively improve component systems to ensure consistent, high-quality experiences • Troubleshoot and unblock live experience challenges

Job Requirements

8+ years of experience in research methods impacting both product direction and detailed experience design
4+ years of relevant domain experience within technology sectors such as ticketing or event management; Digital CRM or Ecomm (wholesale or supply-side) platforms; healthcare (hospital, clinic, or patient care team tools)
Expertise in behavioral design, systems design, and storytelling
Exceptional craft and detail, driving pixel-perfect execution
Ability to troubleshoot and unblock live experience challenges
Pioneer mindset – thrive in ambiguity, deliver with focus and quality
4+ hours overlap with 9:30–5:30 ET workday
