• Serve as the bridge between the customer and technical teams, providing hands-on support, troubleshooting, and guidance • Assist customer specification for cable van products and maintain the cable van production schedule • Communicate with customers from project inception to implementation and foster long-term relationships • Lead onboarding process for new customers and ensure seamless transition from sales to product implementation • Work closely with clients to understand unique needs, customize product configurations, and provide training and ongoing support • Act as primary point of contact throughout product lifecycle; address inquiries and proactively troubleshoot issues • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations • Work with product development team to implement customer-specific requirements and provide customer feedback to improve products • Assist customers with product configuration adjustments as needs evolve • Drive customer retention, identify upsell opportunities, and support the renewal process • Advocate for customer needs in product strategy meetings and foster a customer-first culture • Track and analyze customer metrics (product usage, support tickets, satisfaction surveys) and provide regular reports to management
