• Design, develop, and configure solutions within Certinia Financial Management Cloud (FMS) to meet business and client requirements • Collaborate with functional leads, finance teams, and technical resources to translate business processes into scalable solutions • Develop and maintain integrations between Certinia FMS and external applications (e.g., Avalara, payment gateways, and other third-party apps) • Provide expertise in financial processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Revenue Management • Perform data migration, workflow configuration, and system customizations • Participate in testing cycles, troubleshooting, and defect resolution • Document configurations, processes, and technical designs to support knowledge transfer • Work closely with stakeholders to identify system gaps, recommend improvements, and implement best practices • Support end-user training and provide post-go-live support • Stay current with Certinia product updates and best practices
