Job Description
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities (Pipeline Management)
• Meticulously manage the sales process from qualification to close (Deal Execution)
• Establish and foster community within the HR space by creating relationships and attending/organizing events
• Attend and host events (dinners, conferences, happy hours, virtual events) to connect with prospects
• Continuously generate pipeline through outreach and creative techniques
• Create outstanding first impressions as prospects' initial point of contact (Represent our Brand)
• Contribute to sales strategy and evolve Mento's GTM playbook
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, coaching, and other teammates
• Experiment with new techniques and practices to drive growth
Job Requirements
- You are based San Francisco Bay Area and have a strong network there
- 2+ years experience as an account executive
- High performer with a record of consistent quota attainment
- Detail-oriented and able to run a tight sales process
- Results driven and relentless about hitting your numbers
- Highly ambitious and set big goals for yourself
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured, startup environment
- Experience working within a modern Sales tech stack (AI tools, Hubspot, Sales Nav, Clay, Notion, Slack, etc.)
- Believe in and have experienced the power of coaching and mentorship
