• Clean, reformat, manipulate, and validate incoming data for system implementation projects (employee records, payroll data, benefits, performance metrics) • Conduct data audits and identify inconsistencies or gaps across different data sets • Reconcile data between legacy systems and new platforms during transitions • Collaborate closely with internal teammates • Occasionally interact with clients to clarify data-related questions or provide support on file formatting and templates • Maintain organized documentation of import templates, field mappings, and change logs • Continuously optimize and document internal data workflows and QA processes • Configure systems based on client-specific requirements — including manual data entry and bulk uploads • Perform other responsibilities as needed
