• Act as the main point of contact for all Infor M3-related initiatives across business units. • Lead requirement workshops with business collaborators and translate needs into functional solutions. • Provide oversight across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, supply chain, inventory, and warehouse modules. • Lead offshore and onshore teams responsible for configuring, testing, and implementing M3 solutions. • Partner with solution architects, developers, and integration teams for end-to-end delivery. • Develop and supervise project plans, work, and dependencies. • Ensure alignment to governance, quality, and compliance standards. Support UAT, cutover planning, and hypercare post debut.
