Job Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience
- Strong focus on Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, and Business Processes
- Demonstrated experience in configuring and supporting Workday solutions across multiple HCM modules
- Strong understanding of Workday Business Process Framework
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- Workday certification(s) in Core HCM, Compensation, or Talent is a plus
