Job Description
• Develop, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms to drive purchases and sales.
• Develop and implement comprehensive paid social media strategies aligned with Fitlab's marketing objectives.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, budgeting, ad creation, and performance analysis.
• Manage and allocate advertising budgets, monitor budget pacing, and adjust allocations to meet KPIs.
• Create strategic creative briefs and provide input on ad copy, visuals, and formats.
• Oversee campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels; stay updated on platform changes.
• Conduct market research to identify and segment target audiences for multiple brands in the portfolio.
• Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics (impressions, CTR, conversion rates, ROAS) and implement A/B tests and optimizations.
• Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams across Fitlab's portfolio of fitness and wellness brands; additional duties as assigned.
• Up to 20 hours per week (part-time role).
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in paid social media buying, preferably within the fitness, health, or wellness industries.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns with budgets of $150k/month or more.
- Proficiency in social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and others.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising and digital marketing.
- In-depth experience with performance creative design and the ability to brief killer creative.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
