Job Description

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and lead generation activities • Nurture VistaVu’s relationship with SAP and register leads in the SAP Partner Portal • Take ownership of the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure • Leverage internal employees with required skill sets to complete sales tasks • Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution presentations for S/4HANA Cloud Public & Private and BTP solutions • Complete the Digital Discovery Assessment tool as required • Collaborate with internal teams including solution architects and implementation consultants to develop customized proposals • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities • Assess viability of leads by understanding needs, budget, and timeline • Execute sales strategies and action plans to achieve or exceed sales targets • Engage with stakeholders including C-level executives, IT managers, and end-users • Prepare and present detailed proposals and pricing options aligned with customer budget and value expectations • Drive the sales process to a successful close, meeting or exceeding new business targets

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Management, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, or other related disciplines
  • A minimum of six (6) to eight (8) years’ of experience in Net New sales within the ERP industry
  • Good experience and exposure to SAP ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, capturing new market opportunities, and expanding customer base
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large sales teams and Net New quota through ERP SaaS products, preferably with experience in S/4HANA Cloud solutions or SAP Business ByDesign
  • Familiar with SAP modules, functionalities, and integration capabilities
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Consistently meets or exceeds sales quota targets set by the company
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to gather and interpret sales data for strategic decision-making
  • Demonstrates resilience and adaptability
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for customers
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented; able to qualify quickly and close deals
  • Conducts thorough research and analysis to gather relevant information
  • Adheres to established sales processes and methodologies
  • Innovative and out-of-the-box thinking to generate solutions
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Builds and nurtures long-term client relationships based on trust and transparency
