• Serve as the lead advisor for government pricing and compliance, covering Medicaid, FSS, 340B, and Medicare programs • Provide strategic and operational guidance on calculation methodologies (AMP, BP, URA, ASP, Non-FAMP, FCP) and contract obligations • Support pre-commercial clients in building compliant frameworks and executing all GP-related pre-launch activities • Develop and present clear recommendations to C-suite and VP-level stakeholders; translate complex regulatory issues into actionable business strategies • Drive strategic initiatives aligned to the Advisory mission and growth priorities • Manage the onboarding of team members and provide day‑to‑day coaching appropriate to their role level • Lead pursuits within existing accounts and identify follow‑on opportunities • Oversee work plans, budgets, and timelines to meet scope and quality standards • Oversee analyses, models, and insights that translate data into decisions • Meet or exceed the agreed‑upon billable utilization target of 70%
