• Build and develop a high-performing IT team through clear expectations, coaching, and accountability, while fostering trust, ownership, and healthy ways of working in a remote-first culture. • Create the strategy and execution of internal automations using tools like Okta Workflows and evaluating other tools for enterprise automations such as, Workato or n8n, to systematically reduce manual "Run the Business" (RTB) tasks. • Own the Zendesk environment, including defining and reporting on IT SLAs and CSAT, while implementing a formal project intake and prioritization process. • Design and enforce a standardized Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) framework aligned with our organizational structure. • Translate high-level security policies into technical controls (e.g., Netskope, Jamf, Okta) and provide critical technical evidence for SOC 2, HIPAA, and HITRUST audits. • Build deep partnerships with InfoSec, HR, L&D, Legal, and Strategic Finance to ensure IT workflows support their specific business outcomes.
