• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics. • Break work into milestones, dependencies, and timelines. • Identify and track risks, assumptions, and mitigation plans early. • Manage the Build → Subscription transition—the riskiest client phase—with clear successful exit criteria and readiness plans. • Own all reporting for your clients—depth, accuracy, completeness. • Lead all written and verbal communication, including weekly client syncs. • Drill into project details; question “green” statuses constructively and validate progress with AI Masons. • Proactively schedule internal syncs to align teams and resolve blockers. • Maintain system hygiene across all project tools. • Continuously verify SoW and contractual alignment against actual delivery. • Communicate transparently—share status, blockers, and decisions early. • Manage stakeholders with clarity, structure, and expectation alignment. • Maintain a single source of truth for documentation. • Partner with the Lead AI Mason to verify scoping and resource needs. • Meet deadlines or raise risks early with mitigation options. • Ensure testing, validation, and reviews are completed—never assumed. • Conduct structured post-mortems to capture learnings and improvement actions. • Take full ownership for results, end-to-end. • Anticipate issues and propose solutions—not just problems. • Track commitments, actions, and owners; escalate blockers promptly. • Model proactive, structured communication and disciplined follow-through.
