Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in public policy, political science, economics, or related social services field; masters degree preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of experience providing Training and Technical Assistance to state workforce agencies, regional and local workforce entities, and employers.
- Minimum 2 years experience working with utility programs including commercial, industrial, and residential energy offerings.
- Demonstrated success in employer-driven workforce innovations, such as on-the-job training, registered apprenticeships, paid work experience, paid internships, dislocated worker and incumbent worker training.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of an integrated team.
- Demonstrated ability to verbally present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner.
- Demonstrated experience showing strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills paired with a desire to take initiative.
- Strong product development, writing, presentation and communication skills.
