• In this role, you will be responsible for defining, documenting, and enabling standardized project controls processes across a large, complex enterprise environment. • You will translate complex operational workflows into clear, usable process documentation and training materials that support digital transformation, reporting and analytics, data governance, and operational efficiency. • Acting as a key partner to cross‑functional stakeholders, you will ensure processes are consistently applied, well‑governed, and aligned with enterprise systems and tools. • Define, draft, and maintain end‑to‑end process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Global Project Controls. • Develop detailed process flows and swimlane diagrams using Visio. • Ensure consistent application of processes across systems, tools, and teams. • Produce high‑quality technical and business documentation for enterprise processes and systems. • Create training materials to support: • Digital transformation initiatives • Reporting and analytics implementations • New or updated process rollouts
