Job Description
• Build and maintain HubSpot workflows (marketing and sales automations)
• Create and refine reports and dashboards to support sales and marketing teams
• Build and manage audience lists and segmentation for campaigns
• Maintain data hygiene and assist with CRM cleanup as needed
• Troubleshoot workflow issues and optimize existing automations
• Document processes and configurations
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot admin experience
- Proficiency across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub and Service Hub (CS workspace)
- Strong understanding of workflow logic, list segmentation, and custom reporting
- Detail-oriented with a bias toward clean, well-documented work
- Responsive communicator who can work asynchronously
- Independent contractors only — no agencies, please

- Experience with HubSpot Operations Hub
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS or healthcare tech environments
