• Lead the design and implementation of standardized training frameworks, curricula, and delivery methods across all operational and corporate functions. • Assess organizational training needs by analyzing operational performance data, employee surveys, exit interviews, customer feedback, and compliance requirements. • Develop and deliver practical, time-efficient training programs that can be consistently executed within fast-paced logistics and operational environments. • Improve onboarding effectiveness and ongoing skill development to reduce employee turnover and increase workforce readiness and retention. • Partner closely with Operations, Human Resources, and Compliance leaders to ensure training initiatives directly support service quality, safety, and regulatory standards. • Establish measurable training outcomes and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness, reduce service errors, and mitigate customer churn. • Manage learning delivery channels including instructor-led training, e-learning, blended learning, and external vendors. • Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS), training schedules, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient and scalable program delivery. • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to training staff, facilitators, or subject matter experts, as applicable. • Continuously review and refine training programs to ensure alignment with evolving industry standards, operational needs, and organizational goals. • Engage and support initiatives which require update to or development of instruction or training, supporting the initiatives as needed to accomplish successful implementation. • Perform other duties as assigned.
