• Lead the strategy, design, and deployment of AI-enabled automation frameworks supporting application development, infrastructure management, and operational workflows • Architect and oversee CI/CD pipelines integrating automated testing, security scanning, code quality validation, and deployment processes • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or ARM templates to standardize and secure cloud provisioning • Design and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/AKS), enabling scalable and resilient application delivery • Integrate AI/ML-driven tools to optimize ticket routing, anomaly detection, predictive scaling, and automated remediation • Establish DevSecOps governance standards, automation policies, and reusable templates • Ensure alignment with NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, FISMA, and agency-specific ATO requirements • Mentor engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation • Track automation metrics and KPIs to measure operational impact and ROI
