Job Description

• Support our clients and the business with operational duties and all trade support functions to ensure sufficient trade and syndicated facility data integrity. • Guiding clients through our interface, creation of Primary and Secondary trades, managing closing of trades. • Accurate reviewing of the documentation, timely execution of requests from clients. • Daily review and action of control and exception reports. • Strict adherence to processing deadlines, quality-controlled operational processes, and LSTA standards for processing and closure of primary and secondary par loan transactions and/or trades. • Pro-actively identifying internal and external trade and system related issues. • Work seamlessly with internal partners and management on resolution plans and/or additional escalations. • Capture and channel user feedback through proper communication and listening skills. • Partner with leaders, peers, product associates, sales, and relationship managers on required projects to service our clients.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Must be able to handle stressful customer situations with patience and poise
  • Ability to organize and prioritize complex issues and projects to completion
  • Able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in working with internet-based applications
  • Ability to think laterally, provide proper issue analyses, and question current processes
  • Eager to learn with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient PC skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Work experience within the financial and/or syndicated loan industry (preferred)
  • Strong process improvement skills (preferred)
