Job Description

• Responsible for the strategy, development, configuration, testing, implementation, upgrades, enhancements, and integration of all human resource information systems within the corporate HR department. • Serves as a senior-level HR business partner, analyst, and strategist in reviewing, analyzing, and reporting HR-related data to identify trends and recommend solutions to business partners for effective people strategies. • Manages delivery of the product, team growth, and implementation of new features to fuel Rackspace's growth. • Guides the Product Roadmap for Workday while supporting the business in achieving program goals. • Manages human resource department and organizational needs for human resource systems, with an emphasis on the technical components of business needs. • Manages global team members on various schedules in support of HRIS projects. • Recommends system design and configuration approaches to best meet current and future strategic HCM, Finance, and IT delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Masters' Degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive functional and technical experience in Workday.
  • Experience managing or supervising employees.
  • Experience implementing and administering systems: specific experience with systems may include but not be limited to Workday HRM, Cloud HCM solutions.
  • Experience in quantitative HRIS analysis with demonstrated aptitude in data analytics, queries, metrics, and reporting.
