Job Description
• Support the design and rollout of telehealth and digital health programs
• Translate strategy into workflows, tools, and operational plans
• Collaborate with clinicians, IT teams, vendors, and community partners
• Navigate policy, reimbursement, and sustainability considerations
• Track progress, troubleshoot challenges, and share lessons learned
Job Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in digital health, healthcare operations, or health tech implementation
- Hands-on experience with telehealth, virtual care, or digital engagement tools
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and care delivery systems
- Comfort working across policy, operations, and technology
- Passion for improving access, quality, and equity—especially in rural or mixed urban–rural settings
