Job Description
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in communications, English or similar major
- At least 8-10 years agency experience, including experience in healthcare and science communications/public relations
- Experience supporting pipeline communications for biotech/pharma clients, or similar high-science communications experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) and familiarity with media tools (e.g., Cision, Bloomberg Terminal, HootSuite)
- Be able to manage multiple projects and/or accounts simultaneously, demonstrate adaptability to new information and shifting priorities
- An extreme attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and pride in work product
- Ability to excel in a team environment as well as work independently
- Resourceful and effective problem solver with strong sense of urgency, proactivity and critical thinking skills
- Client-service oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to receive and deliver feedback on performance
- An ability to effectively manage, mobilize and mentor teams
