Job Description

• Define and execute the 3–5 year strategy to build a $150M+ uniform business. • Own revenue growth, gross margin, operating model, and long-term scalability. • Establish HALO’s positioning as a brand-first alternative to legacy uniform providers. • Build and execute GTM strategy targeting the Top 150 QSR, grocery, and retail brands. • Lead enterprise selling efforts alongside dedicated Uniform Account Executives. • Oversee development and launch of: HALO Uniform Catalog, Uniforms website and digital lookbook, Uniform Portal (size surveys, reorder automation, analytics). • Drive multi-year national contracts and recurring revenue programs. • Serve as HALO’s executive uniform authority with national brand leadership, franchise boards and cooperatives. • Navigate complex buying structures (RSCS, RSI, RBI, franchise systems). • Represent HALO at industry events, trade shows, and executive forums. • Define uniform product strategy across core categories (tees, polos, headwear, aprons, layers).

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years in uniforms, workwear, or enterprise apparel
  • Proven leadership of $20M–$100M+ uniform or apparel programs
  • Experience working with or at organizations such as: Cintas, Aramark, Barco, HPI/Clipper, or similar
  • Deep understanding of: QSR, grocery, and retail operating environments
  • Franchise and cooperative buying models
  • Brand refresh and uniform lifecycle management
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to sell, influence, and lead at the C-suite and board level
  • Track record of building new businesses or scaling emerging verticals.
