• Engage with prospects in the diesel industry, understanding their unique marketing needs and challenges.
• Present tailored marketing solutions to diesel shops, effectively demonstrating how our services can enhance their visibility and profitability.
• Handle objections gracefully, using your product knowledge and negotiation skills to close sales.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment on promotional strategies and campaigns for diesel shop clients.
• Maintain organized records of sales activities and client interactions within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the customer support team to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to inform your sales strategies and recommendations.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in closing deals within the marketing or diesel industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and how they apply to diesel shops.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to overcome objections confidently.
- Motivated and results-driven, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of diesel shop operations and industry standards is a plus.
