Job Description

• Support the overall execution and management of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout • Assist with project setup, subcontractor buyout, cost tracking, scheduling, and coordination of day-to-day site activities • Ensure job cost control, material and equipment tracking, and productivity monitoring • Collaborate with project managers, field teams, subcontractors, and clients to drive projects forward on time and within budget • Develop, update and monitor job progress using QMS program • Perform quantity take off(s), cost estimates and bid solicitation • Purchase and coordinate delivery of materials • Review and approve invoices and change orders • Attend weekly job site meetings

Job Requirements

Fluent in Japanese (speaking, reading, and writing)
Bachelor’s degree in construction science, construction management, engineering, or related field
3 years of experience, or 7 years of construction related experience and/or training
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, MS Project, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, CMIC, or similar project management software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Effective planning, resource management, and project scheduling skills
Attention to detail with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
