Job Description
Job Requirements
- High School diploma, Associates, or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, IT, Management, or Technology required.
- 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Operations, Sales, or Technology.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in channel management, partner recruitment, or regional service management.
- Strong understanding of indirect sales models, partner ecosystems, and channel dynamics.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and the ability to analyze data-driven trends.
- Travel requires significant travel, often 25-50%.
