Job Description
• Deliver on KPI’s around cost out, payment terms, risk, contracts, rationalization, and strategy
• Lead supplier annual negotiations, RFI/RFP execution and work cross functionally on design change ideas
• Create and execute category strategy for sub-technologies & supply base working with GEHC Component Engineering
• Provide Industry Market Intelligence based on analysis of lead indices
• Support quality and fulfillment business needs as they arise
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 7 years experience in Engineering, Sourcing, Operations or Supply Chain
- Excellent business/financial acumen
- Ability to act as business partner through horizontal teams
- Ability to drive long strategic partnerships with suppliers
- Demonstrated experience in optimizing supplier base performance
- Electronic Component Sourcing or Component Engineering experience
- Established project management skills
