Job Description
• Analyzing client requests and performing specialty benefits coding
• Performing quality assurance activities
• Collaborating with benefit coders, testers, and quality assurance representatives
• Using Salesforce to work cases from a queue
• Executing high level of accuracy and reliability on jobs
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of direct work experience with PBM knowledge
- Advanced knowledge of AS400 / RxCLAIM platform
- Advanced SalesForce.com Skill
- Pharmacy Technician license (preferred)
- Ability to prioritize work effectively and independently
