• Serve as the first point of contact for internal reporting and data requests; gather context, align on the question being asked, and deliver accurate outputs on time • Build and maintain reporting in Sigma so stakeholders have access to reliable, up-to-date dashboards and performance views • Create ad hoc reports and summaries that answer specific business questions for internal teams and, at times, client-facing needs • Partner with cross-functional leaders to define metrics, align on data definitions, and document reporting logic so work is consistent and repeatable • Support process improvements related to reporting requests, including templates, documentation, and lightweight workflow optimization • Combine and reconcile datasets when needed, including mapping external data sources to internal reporting for analysis and trend tracking • Assist on larger analysis and reporting initiatives by gathering requirements, validating outputs, and supporting rollout to stakeholders
