Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of experience leading brand and design efforts, with AEC experience preferred
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, and Acrobat)
- Ability to create highly polished proposal layouts that enhance readability, reinforce brand standards, and support win strategies in competitive pursuits
- Expertise creating infographics, technical illustrations, and visual storytelling elements to simply communicate complex engineering and design concepts
- Proficiency in video editing to support internal and external communications
- Exceptional leadership and meeting facilitation skills
- Influence and collaboration skills to build buy-in across technical, marketing, and leadership teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
