• Maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction throughout retail locations • Train, coach, and drive sales revenue across Millwork, In-Home, and Pro sales departments • Manage account relationships and provide support for the full Fiberon/Therma-Tru/Fypon product line • Develop and execute effective sales training programs • Build relationships with key store sales associates and Management • Ensure all new stores are set with appropriate displays, signage, and pricing • Drive Pro Business by developing relationships with Retail Pro Associates • Manage a travel and expense budget • Work cross-functionally to develop and implement sales messaging.
