Job Description

• Development, management, and resource coordination of educational training products • Contribute to and support resource development and execution of instructional products • Apply market research and needs analysis for new training products • Supports relationship management of vendors • Evaluate and maintain certification procedures for educational offerings • Conduct inventory monitoring and reporting • Updates product content based on industry changes

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business or field tied to product sector
Minimum of five years of relevant work experience
Association experience and/or experience in a training certification environment preferred
Experience managing relationships to successful outcomes
Experience with product development and instructional design
Certified Product Manager (CPM) or New Product Development (NPD) certification a plus.
