• Plan, execute, and manage the delivery of multiple product implementation projects for enterprise clients. • Serve as the primary contact for clients during the onboarding and implementation phases, ensuring clear communication, expectation setting, and satisfaction. • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to deliver on time and within scope. • Proactively identify risks and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly. • Work closely with product, engineering, service, and sales teams to align deliverables and remove roadblocks. • Define and refine implementation methodologies, templates, and best practices for consistent, high-quality delivery. • Provide regular status updates and metrics to leadership and stakeholders. • Guide and mentor junior implementation managers or coordinators to ensure high standards of execution.
