Job Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or a minimum of one year of customer service experience in a virtual environment leveraging internet, phone, and chat features
- Must hold an Adjuster licensed for all applicable states or obtain license(s) within 90 days of completing the provided licensing training
- Basic math and moderate computer skills with technical aptitude to utilize a variety of software applications
- Must meet work from home requirements including internet speeds and designated workspace
- Ability to type 30 wpm
