• Draft, review, and negotiate complex B2B commercial agreements (SaaS, licensing, reseller, master services, and data privacy/security). • Create and update contract templates; provide guidance on escalations and high-priority negotiations. • Support the sales team throughout the customer lifecycle, from initial engagement through contract execution. • Advise on regulatory, data privacy, marketing, and competition issues impacting current and prospective products. • Partner with cross-functional teams to align commercial terms with legal standards and business goals. • Provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and post-acquisition integration. • Support international expansion initiatives and related compliance needs. • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, including training and contract governance processes. • Manage escalations, resolve customer legal inquiries, and drive efficient solutions. • Coach and mentor legal staff to support professional growth. • Contribute to departmental efficiency by developing and implementing administrative and reporting measures.
