• Build and manage social media and digital marketing strategies • Use data and analytics to guide decisions and improve performance • Create marketing assets that boost engagement and drive growth • Own and grow our presence on: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Google My Business and platforms like Groupon • Create fun, engaging content and connect with our audience • Keep our brand voice consistent, energetic, and on-brand • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads • Generate leads through social media • Support the sales team with consistent, high-quality leads • Run email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp preferred) • Support other marketing initiatives as needed
