- Knowledge of Steam, Origin, Uplay, Epic Games Store
- Literacy, responsibility and stress tolerance

- Experience in support, sales, technical support or a computer club will be a Plus
- Experience w/ foreign markets will be a Plus
- Experience w/ digital sales will be a Plus
- Experience w/ online marketplaces will be a Plus
