• Lead the creation, documentation, and ongoing refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and efficient execution of GRC processes. • Develop and execute a long-term GRC policy and standards management strategy in alignment with organizational goals. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define, document, and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for customer-facing and internal services. • Leverage tools like Power BI to design and publish dashboards that provide visibility into SLA performance, process efficiency, and key metrics. • Engage with GRC stakeholders to understand workflows and data needs. • Assess the maturity of current processes and suggest/facilitate improvements to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and cybersecurity outcomes.
