Job Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in technical consulting, digital production, pre-sales, or solution-adjacent roles.
- Strong detail orientation and ability to translate business goals into structured plans, documentation, and visual explanations.
- Familiarity with modern digital platforms and concepts such as CMS, APIs, SSO, analytics, and third-party integrations.
- Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills, especially explaining complex systems to non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable collaborating across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Partner Success teams.
- Organized, curious, and adaptable, with a desire to learn how large-scale digital platforms support fan engagement and revenue growth.
