Job Description

• Own and scale the systems, processes, and analytics that power predictable revenue growth • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop scalable processes • Identify inefficiencies and drive innovation across CRM • Own end-to-end annual revenue planning cycles • Establish clear definitions and operating cadence to improve forecast discipline • Design and operationalize forecasting methodology • Partner with Sales Leadership and Finance on pipeline coverage models • Drive initiatives that improve pipeline quality across segments

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales/revenue operations at fast-growing companies
  • Advanced data analysis capabilities
  • Experience driving annual planning across sales leadership & cross-functional stakeholders
  • Effective communicator with strong verbal and written skills
  • Enthusiastic self-starter, motivated to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Clari, Excel, and Google Suite
