Job Description

• Power the core engine supporting GTM teams • Lead CS Operations, Billing, Sales Operations, and GTM Tech Stack Management • Ensure consistent and on-time execution across all functions • Run operating rhythm that keeps Sales, Customer Success, and Finance aligned • Own RevOps intake queue with triage, prioritization, and task tracking • Maintain operational ownership across various platforms like HubSpot, Chargebee, and Zendesk • Use AI features to enhance operational execution • Lead CS Ops, Billing, and Sales Ops analyst team • Uphold access controls and change-management

Job Requirements

  • Proven leadership in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CS Operations
  • Team leadership in hiring, coaching, and performance management context
  • Exceptional organizational rigor and documentation discipline
  • Hands-on operating experience with HubSpot, GetAccept, Chargebee & Chargebee Receivables, Gainsight, Zendesk, Gong, Email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Comfort using native AI features with human oversight
  • Schedule flexibility to cover Pacific hours and respond to East Coast operational emergencies
  • Sharp prioritization, escalation, and risk-management instincts
