• Under limited supervision, collect and evaluate data from organizational units and prepare recommendations for deliverables including financial plans and/or financial analysis. • Provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers. • Support the development of budgets for specific departments/functions, including creating templates, consolidating submissions, and interacting with operations leadership. • Gather & analyze financial information, perform detailed general ledger research, and support operations with preparing variance analyses and explanations. • Produce periodic financial & ad-hoc reports for research/reporting purposes, including analysis of supply and labor usage, as well as activity volume. • Support the implementation of financial policies/procedures and demonstrate a working knowledge of the organization’s Financial Manual of Policies and Procedures.
