Job Description
• Own integrated product execution across all physical Product at Ketone-IQ.
• Define and manage launch plans, dependencies, and decision gates to balance speed, cost (COGS), quality, and operational feasibility.
• Drive alignment across Product, Marketing, Sales, Creative, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Design and maintain scalable systems for project tracking, documentation, and cross-functional visibility.
• Build clear, repeatable workflows for product development, specification management, packaging changes, and commercialization.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, project management, commercialization, or adjacent roles within CPG, food & beverage, wellness, or regulated consumer products.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional product and packaging initiatives from concept through launch.
- Strong comfort owning packaging projects (even if not a packaging engineer) — including sourcing, vendor qualification, sustainability trade-offs, and cost considerations.
- Experience working in fast-growing, ambiguous environments where priorities evolve.
